Staff couldn't have done more especially Kelley she was brilliant! The breakfast was super tasty and plenty of it.
The place is in walking distance to town but we did get a cab when we went out in the evening as we had heels on!.
The rooms were extremely good, clean and comfortable.
The staff were very helpful, and there is a very good bus to get into town especially if you are not keen on the hill.todos opiniões »

Very clean, very friendly, food was lovely.
The bathroom was extremely high quality.
Really friendly staff and modern rooms.
good decor and beds linen towels very good excellent breakfast.
The room and the girl looking after us at breakfast.
convenience, efficiency, cleanliliness, breakfast.
It was clean.
the room was large and nicely decorated; bathroom was nice; breakfast was excellent.
Just a couple of things really....could do with a plug socket by the mirror so we can do hair. Better lighting above the mirror in the bathroom to do makeup. We did hear a lot of traffic through the night as we were close to the road.
The walk into town.
There was a couple of things missing from the bill and the original booking said 50% would be taken on date of booking. This did not show on the bill and I will need to check my credit card bill and get back to them.
Nothing.
Perhaps a better selection of local beers and ciders would be nice.
Traffic noise at night was awful
if staying in front rooms.
Road was very busy and the noise loud. Double glazed widows would have been a good addition.
The wooden blinds in the room didn't keep the light out in the morning.
It was very hot, could only open one window slightly and did smell of paint.
Nothing.
Single glazed windows on a very busy road - very little sleep.
The duvet and pillows were feather, I had to get them changed.
Little bit out of the town centre.
noisy main road no double glazing.
There should have been food available later for guests, but this is not really a criticism.
temperature (cold), lack of furniture in the room.
The room was facing a main road with no double glazing therefore had no sleep because the main road was so nosey and there was loads of noise from deliveries from 5am onwards!! If You don't want a good nights sleep then stay here..!!.
Unhappy that through letsbookhotel.com I requested 2 adults in the room. When I finished the booking process it said single occupancy. This meant I paid £150 b&b very expensive for an average accommodation. Misled by late letsbookhotel.com.
The hotel is immediately on the main road, and the windows do not block much noise;
The rooms are upstairs from the pub, and despite quite good sound proofing you could hear "boom-boom" from the music downstairs while lying in bed.
