  Staff was great. Very helpful on check in, train location, bus location, restaurant, etc. Breakfast was amazing. Normal continental cereals, toast etc, but the all you can eat a la carte was great. Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Menu had a lot of options and the food was really good. It stayed open until 10 s - The staff on duty especially Emmy were very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Having stayed during the current heat wave the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable providing cotton sheets, fans and even buckets of ice to cool our room! the meals in the restaurant were lovely and great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our night there and would stay there again.

  I was looking for a hotel near to the O2, and the Ramada is excellent for that. Great if you arrive at London city airport. I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and I was surprised how quiet it was, especially when the hotel is next to an airport, motorway and railway ! - When we arrive... o que as pessoas dizem » d we had got upgraded to a suite which was very tasteful and comfortable. The food the staff in fact everything about the hotel was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

  The staff was nearly perfect and helpful, they solved our problems immediately. Although there were 2 kids beside us i feel myself very safe. It was quiet hotel and confortable. The place was very close to metro station and shop market, so it is east to city tour. I loved hotel garden, otopark and trees. There was cattle in the room that we liked so much and Wi - fantastic stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Once you arrive at the hotel you don't need a car, its next to the DLR, which some would say is a disadvantage but there was no sound, in fact we had 2 very peaceful nights. The Brewers fayre was very busy, but the staff were very polite and friendly, the food was great, very efficient, we will be back

  Everything, we arrived earlier than check in and were able to leave our car whilst we went off into London shopping, staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they couldn't do enough for you, looking into available shows etc. The rooms were spotless, modern and the bed (kingsize) was sooo comfortable we could have slept all weekend, the... o que as pessoas dizem » continental breakfast consisted of a wide variety of food and drinks, including meats, cereal, fruit and choc biscuits etc. The hotel offered room se - The location is excellent. The hotel is nearby East Ham metro station which brings you transfer free to the city centre at Westminster Abbey/Big Ben. Lot's of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy are just across the street. The rooms are very comfortable, modern, clean with large beds, good TV, airconditioning and very nice bathrooms. I've read in another review the roadside rooms can be noisy, but that was not our experience. In the evening it's also pretty quit on the streets. Breakfast is
