This charming 300 year-old cottage stands on a secluded site overlooking the beautiful North Downs. It has traditional, bright rooms with free Wi-Fi, and freshly-cooked breakfasts using local produce. Stourview Cottage B&B still retains many original features in the main house including wood panelling, original beams and large inglenook’s dotted about the property. Both suites have panoramic countryside views and a private area of the cottage garden with seating and dining areas. They also have patio doors leading directly to the garden. A continental breakfast is included in the room rate. For an additional charge guests may enjoy a cooked breakfast, made using local ingredients supplied from a local farm and bakery. In-house beauty treatments and pamper days can also be arranged. Several walks run close to Stourview, including the Pilgrim's Way, offering elevated views amongst the local countryside and wildlife. The quaint village of Wye with various pubs and restaurants, an ATM machine and a post office is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.

Top notch luxury B&B with spacious facilities. We got a large bedroom, luxury bathroom and lounge + garden for the price of a standard hotel room. Beautiful views, spotlessly clean and a very frienly owner - Sarah to look after us. We had our own dining room lovely bedroom and bathroom and even our own outside space with table and chairs. Sara was very friendly and cooked our breakfast to taste when we wanted. Would definitely stay again.

Important information to guests

Guests should have a credit/debit card to be checked at reception on arrival. All rates are based on 2 adults sharing. If you do not vacate / leave your room by the 10:30 check out time, you will be charged an additional late fee of a minimum of GBP 20 (then GBP 20 per every 30 minutes until 13:00) when you shall be asked to leave. Early check-in is by request only and subject to a charge of GBP 25 from 13:00 onwards. In winter, the wood-burning stoves do not have guards, so the rooms will not be suitable for children. Please note that the B&B closes at midnight and it is not possible to enter the building after that time. The owners kindly ask guests to be respectful of other sleeping guests when returning late. Stourview Cottage reserves the right to turn away people under the influence of alcohol. All damages, extra cleaning and thefts will incur an additional charge. Please approach the B&B driveway with caution as it is steep. Guests must purchase a spa package in order to use the hot tub.
