  i only stayed one night but it could not have been better.the hotel setting is in such lovely surroundings. - Everything, it looked lovely on arrival, the staff were helpful, thepool etc were a bonus.

  All staff were very friendly, yet efficient and professional. The room was better than I expected for the price. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival. The breakfast service and food quality/choice were worthy of a good 4 star hotel. pool and gym very clean and well-equipped. Excellent location in the heart of Ambleside close to a good s... o que as pessoas dizem » election of bars and restaurants. - I liked the hotel room with balcony looking over Ambleside. Also we took full advantage of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. The breakfast was excellent and the waiter service first class. We found all staff very helpful and there to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly be visiting again very soon.
