The room was excellent very clean. Litte touches like the small teapotin the room. The staff at all levels were polite and friendly - Executive rooms offer excellent value for money. All staff very helpful. Would also be very good for a weekend break.

It had the convenience of being above a pub, which provided lovely food/ meals, but amazingly, none of the noise made it upstairs, which made the room quiet and homely. Lauren who works in the restaurant was very capable and very efficient when a lot of us were complaining. She was extremely polite offered complimentary deals to offset complaint, never once did she lose her cool.
