We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. The apartments were wonderfully well equiped, the owners seem to have thought of everything. We went to collect keys at roscoe house on rodney street, expecting to stay at henry st apartments, however, we were places in apartments in cornhill street which was further and we didnt like this aspect, and weren't told about it either, however it didnt affect out stay, apart from being slightly further away from city centre than from henry stre

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.
