O check-in é rapidissímo e o conforto e limpeza dos quartos é excelente. - A principal vantagem deste hotel é a sua localização: perfeita para quem está em transito em Gatwick.

  Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense. Fabulous cooked breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. - so close for gatwick airport wihout getting wet... o que as pessoas dizem » also liked becasue train station within complex we got on at wolverhampton and never got wet and went on holiday relaxed.

  There were 10 of us; grandparents, parents and children; going to Lapland for the day. We were made very welcome on arrival, had a lovely meal and, thankfully, got out of bed with our early calls. All dealings with the staff, before and during our stay, were friendly and excellent. Staying at the hotel made getting to the airport much easier... o que as pessoas dizem » than driving down during the night. The bus shuttle, both ways, was a most valuable belssing. - The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our evening meal in the Restaurant. Flew down from Scotland and stayed at Hotel before leaving Gatwick for Barbados the following morning. Had a very good night's sleep and felt relaxed before travelling. The complementary shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Have used the Hotel for this purpose before and will use again in future. Would recommend this Hotel
