The owner is very friendly, we were going to be late for a wedding at a venue nearby so the owner gave us a lift. You don't get that personal touch from a hotel. Breakfast was very nice and the b&b has the best views across the Tay! Free parking and bus stop into town right outside. Was very easy to find. Very nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

It was a clean,friendly ,family run establishment where I felt very welcome.Breakfast was excellent and as I have more trips to Dundee planned over the next several years I will definitely go back and stay there again.It's lovely to find a little gem of a B&B like this a stone's throw from Dundee city centre.

We were met on arrival by James who was an exceptionally nice young man. He made our short stay run very smoothly.The room was very clean and well set out and cleaned each morning. Everyone was lovely and we had a brilliant stay. Breakfast was great and the room was ideal. Staff were very helpful with giving advice on buses/taxis. Very pleased, we will be staying again in the future. :) - Attentive staff. Good selection of food. Overall good customer service.
