  John on reception and Ryan who came on later were really helpful with a problem we had with the car. Thanks to them it was sorted and enabled us to enjoy our day at the races.   I actually wanted premier inn ormskirk road but, unfortunately it was fully booked for the grand national, however, Liverpool north was very accommodating as I am disabled and hadn't requested a disabled room, when I arrived the staff found me something very suitable and they did it without fuss. - Very helpful staff member we dealt with - don't ... o que as pessoas dizem » know her name but she was just back off maternity leave. Also the gentleman who came and got our TV working was very helpful. Staff in adjacent restaurant were also extremely nice and helpful at breakfast which was VFM.
