  Before arriving at the hotel, we received a personal e-mail from mrs. Burcu that she would be our host during our stay at the hotel, and she did an excellent job. We were welcomed and guided during our stay and everything was organised perfect. It was great!   Friendly helpful owners and staff. Beautiful villa with small thermal pool and hammam area.We felt very welcome and looked after, My kids loved the thermal pool. Very helpful staff with the gentleman at the reception speaking very good english, which made things easier for us :)
