  we stayed at En Estambul Residences for 3 nights. It was definitely worth the money. We booked a 4 star hotel for another 3 nights and we really regret and wished we stayed at En Estambul Residences for the rest of our journey.   Mr. Ertan gives you an excellent service. Not only our transfer from/to the airport was excellent ( thank you Mr Kahveci), we could also order all items that we wanted to have at our arrival. The house itself ist very cozy and accomodates conveniently 8 people.   The AMT Apart Hotel is a small, yet clean and comfortable family hotel. Hotel manager Ahmet is very friendly and helpful.The rooms are newly furbished and spaceous. (The beds in a 3 person room are wide and comfortable enough for 4 when combined). The bathroom is clean and flawless. The neighborhood is secure, very close to a police and a taxi station. The kitchenette and refrigerator in the - The apartment is new and well equipped. It is about a kilometre to the Blue Mosque etc but I enjoyed the walk and always felt safe walking back alone late at night. The man who owns the apartment (Ahmed) was lovely and went out of his way to be helpful. There is a pide shop below the apartment and a fruit shop and general store very close by, as well as a café around the corner. I would definitely recommend this place. It was great value for money.
