  They offer a car service from the airport (for a fee). The Concierge/Reception are very friendly and try to accommodate any requests...ask for Ahmet, he's the best! They upgraded me to a suite without me even inquiring. They had cleaning staff come daily to tidy my apartment. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room.   I stayed in this flat and only good thing about it was 5 mintues walk to Taksim square. The staff were very friendly and very safe to stay with your family. - It was a spacious apartment and would have been an enjoyable stay had the amenities been better.

  This is easily one of the most pleasant surprises I've had while traveling through Turkey. The room was much larger than I expected it to be. We had room access, a pleasantly appointed living room, kitchen, and bedroom. We also had access to the enormous room terrace from our room. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Serkan, who helped us a lot with all kinds of things from transfer from the airport to finding the way to the nearest exhange office. Stylish rooms. Good price. When we arrived to hotel the girl who gave us keys were little late so we had to wait her for a while since there was no direct reception. Doors had unbelievable safe locks sinc - This is my 2nd stay at the apartment and 10 out of 10 highly recommended.The apartment is in the city center which made it convenient to move around.The staff were extremely responsible ,polite,warm and friendly.The most important thing is that cleaning for me I can say that the lady who cleans the apartment was doing her best.Public transports on your door step.Reasonably price .
