the staf is very kind and friendly, and I wanna say thanks to owner, coz he help me a lot, and im sure I will come back, the hotel is cheap,clean, free ( I can do anyting, and the location is in taksim squer, good place, good price and good staff. I like the area which is very close to popular Taksim. The people and children living in this area (poor, openhearted) felt as if I was part of the community. I liked the staff very helpful and generous.I liked the price.

The room was quite cool dispite the hot weather. The staff is very nice, location in the center. Price. Nothingbat all kacmaz is the wors hotell as I ever seen. I didn t like anything. Nothing. it is a scam. nothing good at all. nothing. put more light in outside the room, coz im little bit scare with dark,. Not so clean. Run down. Old house still being renovated Cramped spaces at budget level. The standard of the place doesn't meet the expected minimum. The state of the toilet and shower is unacceptable. Water running on the floor of the toilet/shower from a pipe leading from a sink placed in the hall... Virtually impossible to take a shower, the only possible way to wash is to brush your teeth in cold water... Facilities poor. Showers were a mess/unusable, rooms, building was in a state of renovation and was a health hazard to be in, main staff was rude, ghetto location that felt like I was going to be robbed. It is fake. There is no clean linen, no cleaning. Facilities do not have shower. These are ruins that one guy is renting, it is better than staying on the street, but that is the way it is... No Internet access. No hot water. Dirty and full of insect. It was a really dirty and old bulding. This pansyion was very bad,not clean and not to humans....was also expensive to the service that offer,was not wireless like they wrote...the boss of this pensyion was so foxy ...I ll never advice this place to any person.it is really very bad. A shitty overpriced place not deserving of being in letsbookhotel.com. A cruddy, dirty, cold, house never prepared as a hostel. No room door lock, but get locked out of house without any key. No staff on site or in office. bad bad bad,. extremely dirty, smelly, revolting toilet, incompetent management- barely ever in the office. the worst place i have seen. its very bad one also its not clean and there is no room service and no help there also no internet in the 3rd floor just the first and second floor also you will hear a lot of shouting and the hotel in a very bad area. The place is trap. The rooms are in a different location than the one advertised. The room was not cleaned in more that 6 months, thou I have announced my arrival by phone. The paint was falling from the walls. The stench made sleep almost impossible. I have moved at first light. I was even asked for 50 euros deposit. it was not clean at all no internet old direty house direty sheets beds tolites. The worth place i ever visit.
