Superbe staff in a well-restored house. Multi-lingual , sophisticated (but local) owners at every meal. Informal jam sessions--in "old time Cappodician music" resembled authentic American jazz--if it had zithers, pottery drums , tamborines , and clipped quarter -tone vocals. Superbe referrals with quality control ( because the owners, unlike tourists, are repeat customers.). A hotel with a lot of charm, very nice people who run it. Away from the massive crowds. Our room on the 2nd floor had a view onto the river and the hills opposite, early in the morning you could see the balloons taking off.
