Excellent location and staff, very helpful and friendly honest people/family who work there, they are all brothers. There is always someone in the reception. When there was a problem they fixed it immediately. Norwegian owned hotel with individual apartments which are taken care of and rented out for the owners by the hotel staff. Many scandivavian pensioners who live there for several months during winter time. Clean and very good value for many, 2 min walk to the beach. I can really recommend.

This hotel is in a great position being 1 block back from the beach and is surrounded by restaurants albeit sometimes a little noisy. So if you don't mind disco music going late afternoon into early evening, great position, basic but large apartment, friendly staff for a very reasonable price, then this is the hotel for you and only a short taxi ride from the bus terminal (about 1.5 klms walking distance). Rooms are clean, large, comfortable. Friendly stuff. Most of places are walking distance. Hard to find something I didn't like! Was there in February so the pool was not in use but that is true for most of the other hotels as well at this time of the year, could be relevant if you have younger kids, otherwise you can just go to one of the luxury hotels at the beach, most will let you use your pool for free. last day we had electricity problem in the apartment - there was light but there was no posibility to use a pot or charge a telephone. Not buggy friendly at all, buggy hardly fit in lift and no ramps for buggy so had to drag buggy up and down stairs at hotel entrance . Not great cooking facilities ,, sound proof room was certainly not sound proof , no hot water some days , small balconies . My Visa card was charged without my permission after I said I would pay cash. Wifi needes an upgraded in speed as well as coverage. No A/C in living room. No Satellite channels. The apartment needs some maintenance and photographs are quite different from the reality, and this reduces the credibility. Wifi Connection Must be improved. Nothing. Hard beds but everything else OK for a basic apartment. Perhaps more suited to back packers. Do not recommend people who spend their time in hotels (easily get bored). Narrow street don't let parking cars. No view on balloons.
