  The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out... o que as pessoas dizem » their problem. Everyone is very friendly,helpful - We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It´s a nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and it´s high standard. The stuff are very friendly and helpful and give you the best service. And it´s very silent and peaceful inside the hotel.

Room service is also a reasonable price. - The hotel's site seems to be hacked by some Russian hacker. The site kept switching to a Russian language site automatically.

  I booked it because of the location and it was absolutely spot on - Nana BTS escalator is right there as soon as you come out and step onto Sukumvit road. All our travel in Bangkok was made so much easier because of this. There is shopping, massages, Indian restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. The location is one of the best as Nana BTS is just at its doorstep. I can travel to other parts of Bangkok easily. I will continue to patronize On 8 if I come to Bangkok as I find the hotel cozy and nice.

  good location. It is a furnished apprtment more than a hotel, but without losing any of 5 stars facility. Good choice - jacuzzi in the rooms and the staff is really friendly. Perfect for couples.
