  very quiet, only 20 guest (high season 300). Location was nice, but you have to rent a motorbike (4 euro/day) to explore the island more. Beautiful garden and ponds (with some Iguanas in it) in the center of the hotel, so nice view from breakfast area, which is on 2nd floor. We sat at the balcony, very nice. Very relaxing environment...conducive to both couples and families. Relative to other places such as Phuket, Lanta is a safe place to ride a scooter, especially if you avoid high speeds and riding at night. As a result, the central location of the resort makes it a great place to be if you want to get out and explore for a few days!

  We stayed in a Junior Villa which was fabulous. Superb bathroom, dressing area and bedroom and nice and private balcony with no other bungalows overlooking. Breakfast wasnt brilliant but did the job - the usual egg station and then extra bits to keep you full until lunch. Staff ok - reception staff not the friendliest but restaurant staff lovely. ... o que as pessoas dizem » Location great - on the east side of raileh so there is a 5 min walk to either of the beautiful (but crowded) beaches but no hassle as good paths to t - Great value for the money. We were on Railay East, which doesn't have a great beach to tan or swim on, but was still incredibly beautiful with the mangrove trees. Also, taking the boat from Krabi, we docked right in front of our hotel - very convenient! The walk to Railay West beach is very short, only about 5 minutes, so I'd really recommend saving money and staying on the east side. The resort was pretty, and had a nice pool.
