Many times to Patong but my first stay at Austrian Gardens, the staff
were friendly and helpful, good variety of choice on the menu, rooms
clean and comfortable, well kept gardens, very peaceful and close to the
beach will definitely stay there again -

Great budget hotel. Clean rooms with nice furniture, nice and clean bathroom, hot water and pressure working (not always the case in Thailand), safetybox and fridge in the room. Hotel restaurant had good breakfast. Great value for money. A 5 min walk from the beach and 10-15 from Bangla road. Wifi worked great. -
