Staff were friendly and attentive, and room was spotlessly clean. Shower head was broken, but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Location was also very convenient.

Excellent location. Only 7 minutes walk to Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 mall. Decent cafe next door and a supermarket which is just 2 mins walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped for basic cooking.

I like all the friendly staff. Although this is not a 5-Star rated hotel but I would say all the staff had been way qualified being working in the 5-Star hotel. From the front desk to the security personnel, I would say no place I have seen in Bangkok having this well-trained group of people.
Location wise is just about 300m walking distance to the nearest Asoke BTS Skytrain and 400m to Terminal 21 shopping mall.

The staff were very friendly, the free pickup and drop off to the end of the road saves lots of walking and there is a wide range of dvds to borrow for free in the lobby. Room service is also a reasonable price. - The hotel's site seems to be hacked by some Russian hacker. The site kept switching to a Russian language site automatically.

This was recommended by my cousin and boy was he right. Key positives include: very cordial staff, english speaking, the place is extremely clean and modern. Best of all it is very centrally located and there is no other hotel where the tube station exit is at its doorstep. The rooms were very quiet during the night. I would personally make sure i stay there whenever i go to BKK. For those who bank with Citi, well, there is a Citi branch right next door too. P.S. one of the days it was raining

Very clean & comfortable rooms, with all necessary amenities. A large double bed, work desk, English TV channels, a good size bathroom & a very adequate breakfast. Everything was great. We had issues with our card and the owner was kind enough to give us time till evening to try again and even called the bank to ensure that his machine is in shape. I booked it because of the location and it was absolutely spot on - Nana BTS escalator is right there as soon as you come out and step onto Sukumvit road. All our travel in Bangkok was made so much easier because of this. There is shopping, massages, Indian restaurants and nightlife within walking distance.

This is my fifth time staying at On 8 over the past 3 years and I find the Management has maintained the conditions well. The hotel is clean and value for money. The location is one of the best as Nana BTS is just at its doorstep. I can travel to other parts of Bangkok easily. I will continue to patronize On 8 if I come to Bangkok as I find the hotel cozy and nice.

People in reception are very kind and respectable. Especially the girl with beautiful eyes ^^ -
Very central and handy to train, main street and some bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable, ask for a room away from the main street though.
