We were close enough to phuket town and local markets and the bus
station. Felt safe and although staff had very limited English they were
friendly and tried to help as much as they could. Although down a
slightly more 'local' and out the way road it meant that road
noise was non existent and our scooter was safe. For 500 baht a night it
is great

Clean, spacious and peaceful, there really isn't much more to ask for. It was a nice change from all of the other hostels we were staying at. It is situated in a good but not particularly lively area of Phuket Town. You'll find some good cheap eateries further down the main road (the fried seafood rice was amazing) and cafes/bars are scattered around. If you would like to book tours, there are a couple of small tour agents around the area.

All nice and good. The double room (private bath) is small, but is very
nice and warmly designed...you have everything you need. Dorms might be
a bit dark as some of them have no windows to the outside, but they
looked clean and tidy. The staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast
is good, the cappuccino can be easily taken for a real Italian one and
the brownies are delicious! The position is good, not far away from the
main pier and the city centre.

The room was large clean and airy. The airconditioning worked perfectly.
Although the Mansions is a rabbit warren of rooms and the external apperance is plain and functional, the accomodation was great. It was a perfect starting point for our trip to Thailand. -

The Pacafic Inn is a family run business, we were made extremely welcome and the hygiene within the Inn is excellent. The room and bathroom facilites were cleaned to the highest standard.
