  Great little hotel with beautiful gardens. We have chosen it because of its location. It is 15 minutes away from Grand Palace and Wat Po and it is opposite Wat Rachabophit which was a bonus. We also liked the fact that is wasn't near busy street or on horribly loud and busy Khao San Rd.   The stuff was very nice and friendly, the day we have checked out we had a late fly back, so we left our backpacks at the storage room and went to the city, after all day we needed a shower (really) and there was no problem for us to use one in dormitory (we even got new towels).   Although you won't impress outsiders with the outlook of the place ( it is in a small kind of dead end street and the entrance looks like a small breakfast spot ) you will very much enjoy the room and the people working there. Property located in a quiet backstreet but a stone's throw from the river and 3 minutes walk to Tha Thien pier for the river taxis to Wat Arun & everywhere else. Market close by. 10 minutes walk gets you to the Royal Palace grounds.

  When it comes to cost, location, and overall atmosphere, Baan Dinso 2 was fantastic!!! It is a very CLEAN, hospitable place with a staff that are always willing to help. Stayed several days, and would always stay again! Easy to walk to all the big monuments, great restaurants and shops nearby, and also great food on premises (including free breakf... o que as pessoas dizem » ast)! - The Baan Dinso Hostel was very clean and well situated in a central area. As a single woman I felt safe here. There were lots of places to eat nearby and the breakfast served by baan dinso (extra charge) was good and convenient. Since my room was not on the street side the traffic noise did not keep me awake. The lounge area is nice and comfortable.
