  The rooms were fantastic, we had a grand deluxe, the staff amazing so attentive and always happy and smiling. As far as location goes I would never stay in patong or karon , although we did tuktuk most days to patong I still love kata beach . I had a baby and staff were more then happy to assist with extra water for her bottles ect. The last time was with my wife for honeymoon. In general, I am very satisfied with the stay for both times. The facility is quite new and clean with a stylish design. I stayed with a deluxe room on the 4th floor with the pool view, but I can also enjoy a good sea view from the balcony. The location of the hotel is on the way up to the hill, but it's very convenient for a 5 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would definitely go there agai

  Looked for the closest hotel to the beach, its a decent modern franchise hotel. (Anyway renting a scooter solves the distance problem in Thailand, cheap, and fun.) The staff speaks english well, very kind and helpful. Room was clean overall, but the sand we brought on foot left there despite everyday cleaning, but it didnt bother us.   When we arrived at the Natalie Resort, there was no room free, so we got a luxury apartment in the adjacent "Lucky Friend Boutique Hotel". Natalie Resort and Lucky Friend Boutique Hotel together form a U-shaped Hotel complex: one 4-storey high construction that doesn't look like it contains 2 different hotels. It was quite modern, very clean, spacious, had a big ba - very friendly staff!! Its located not far from the beach, but not in the touristic area, so thats nice. The building is very new and very clean. Rooms are very comfortable, cleaned every day, very large and well equiped bathroom!!
