  A great hotel/bungalows!! The staff were friendly. The pool was very clean and we had the place to ourselves pretty much as it was low season. The rooms were clean and spacious. . A 10 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute moto ride. Motos are up for rent everywhere for a very cheap price. They have a pool table, serve excellent pizzas, an... o que as pessoas dizem » d the beer is cheap. Staff arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. - very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

  The location, literally a 2 minute walk from the beach and all the different restaurants in Kata. The wifi signal was great, liked it so much I even extended my stay here - I have stayed here many times before and like the value,location,friendliness of staff and cleanliness.
