Great hotel in the city center, about 10 minutes walk NIGHT MARKET. Staff pleasant and helpful. Nice clean rooms, very good pressure of hot water in the shower. Air conditioner works great and is very quiet. Adjacent parking lot. Room lights too dim. The staff lose our booking, they said there were no booking come from bookings.com. Luckily there were room available even so we would have no place to sleep! There were no apologized at all. Bad wifi. There is no enough light in the room. New hotel but look old. The cups and spoons in the room were not washed thoroughly. Coffee stains were found. Kettle was still with water. Some of the staff especially those on night shifts were not professional in the way they interact with hotel guests. The hotel made me pay extra because the foot towel had dirt on it!. Wall and ceiling are too thin. I could hear every step from the room upstair and the phone ring outside my room early in the morning. I didn't have a good sleep. staff don,t understand English to well. The staff attitude is really bad, they can be looks nothing when u come to the counter to ask something and they won't answer u so much... Horrible smell in the hotel lobby and surroundings. Staff spoke no or very poor English. Ants in the bedroom. Blocked shower drain in the bathroom. lizards at the hotel lobby/ corridors in the afternoon old bathroom, no proper partition for shower area. Towels were not clean and drainage for the shower was bad.
