Everything. This is a truly lovely place to spend a holiday. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (we are traveling with an adult son and were delighted to find he not only had his own room, he also had a large bed). The hotel has lots of character. Location is terrific, a 15 (max) minute walk to the old town and close to the night market. Breakfast was simple but delicious, fresh eggs cooked anyway you want them with toast and lots of fresh fruit, as well as some home made pastries every mor.
todos opiniões » Nipha and her husband Klaus were a delight. We stayed there for 5 days with a group of 8 friends, and came back after a trekking in the region of Chiang Rai. During the trek, all we could think about was going back to Nipha's, the hosts' kindness and attentions moved us. This is a human place at a very reasonable price, with a beautiful environment, a great terrace, very comfortable and clean rooms, and last but not least wonderful hosts that we'll always remember ! Thank you again, Theo. Boss is very good, the room is one hundred times more beautiful than photos, is very big, very clean.Everyday fresh flower in our room, we will get timely help and solve any problem, although the position is not in the downtown area, but travel convenient and has a very quiet, the boss have a lovely dag mumu , If someone will to Chiang mai recommend live here,because really feel at home. We spend a great week in Nipha House.This place is ideal for family trip.The stuff is friendly and always ready to help.The house designed with love, the room is very big and comfortable.There is very nice yard you can sit in the evening or for children to play. The place is close to the old city but very quite.We can strongly recommend it specially to people with small children . We really like this guesthouse because it was close to the city center; but mainly for its hosts. Excellent people, very nice with our girls. We would come back to Nipha with closed eyes. The room is very clean and they are always making sure that everything you need is there. The breakfast is delicious and not expensive at all. Very pleasant well come. . Nothing, maybe the fact that our stay was too short ?. nothing. Nothing. Tuk Tuk drivers don't know how to find. light was a little dark. Tuktuk have difficulties finding thé place. Our room was a little stuffy.Ventilation was not enough. Price was way too high for the comfort offered. Had to turn off A/C because of water drainage issue. Found ample walking space in the room (makes me wonder about the most helpful review found on letsbookhotel.com). Room is riddled with warning signs for payments in case something breaks... We decided to pay for it all and still get another hotel (3 stars and still lower in price) for the remaining time in Chiang Mai. I would not recommend this.
