As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn! up for the shortcomings of the Apartments. The room was ok - it was
spacious, clean and relatively comfortable but I was on a working
holiday and could not get the wifi to work the first night. They ended
up moving us to the Hotel Europe for the second night. Also, you need to
go to the Hotel first unless you call or email after booking and then
they will tell you what room you are in and that the door is already

My stay at the Albatros Hotel was an absolute delight. From the kindness of the staff at reception to the upgrade from a single room to a beautiful suite with jacuzzi. Location was great as was breakfast.I highly recommend this hotel. I'm a very fussy customer as I travel around the world on a regular basis. This hotel was amazing value for money.

We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast. Location is great!
