  It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents. Excellent buffet breakfast - really very good for this category of hotel. The pine bar area and restaurant are simply and attractively styled. The food was good value by Swiss standards. - Staff was ... o que as pessoas dizem » amazing. I was surprised how helpful they were at all times. Breakfast was top of the class and facilites were cozy and modern. Will forever be my number 1 pick in Zermatt.
