  The hotel is not very modern furnished in general, but have modern bathrooms and a large and delicious SPA area. All parts of the hotel seems well maintained and everything is clean. Good breakfast with a broad selection of cold cuts, cereals, eggs, bacon and sausages. Very friendly and helpful staff. - The indoor pool was refreshing.   Nosso quarto ficava de frente para o Matherhorn. A vista era maravilhosa ! Adoramos! - The hotel is really nice. Everything was perfect. Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time.   Fabulous stay. Wonderful service, clean and stylish facilities, state of the art spa with sauna, steam, pool, jacuzzi, and ice room. Staying here is like being a in a wonderful fantasy. I was treated like a king the entire stay and felt sad to leave. Everything was better than my highest expectations. Fresh fruit renewed daily, greeted by name eve... o que as pessoas dizem » ry time I entered the lobby, and large selection buffet breakfast. - The Hotel represents a well preserved historical marvel of Zermatt. We really enjoyed out stay there, including the setup of the room the spa facilities and a delicious breakfast. We would like to specially mention all reception staff and in particular Annie, who was extremely cheerful and helpful.
