  The staff were friendly, hospitable and did everything that we requested. The view of driving up to the hotel is spectacular. I absolutely recommend it and would love to stay there again. - Extremely helpful and engaging staff.   Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. The food on the half board deal was gourmet cuisine - truly delicious and they were happy to cater for my wife with gluten free meals. Good value for money - especially for Switzerland. Good clean modern rooms with beautiful views. - Hotel Cristal is perfectly situated for ski/snowboard holidays in Flumserberg (which is a lovely resort with plenty of intermediate slopes that kept us busy on our long weekend there) The staff couln't have been more helpful and the food was a good standard. The beds were comfortable and the light bedlinen and towels were pleasant. Overall we spent 3 great nights there.
