  The location of the hotel is great.You walk one minute and you are at the ski lifts. One more minute and you are at Yves Saint Laurent shop :)). Very close to the train station. The hotel has a shuttle bus. Excellent staff. They help you in every way they can.The rooms are very clean. The rooms get turned down for the evening. In short we were very satisfied with the hotel and we got a very good deal at LetsBookHotel.com - The hotel was centrally located in the shopping district and the shuttle came to the train station quickly. We were upgraded to junior suites upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very, very spacious and comfortable. The bar facilaties, as well as breakfast were both wonderful.

  The rooms were spacious and comfortable with heated bathroom floors which is nice on a chilly (-17) night. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a la carte eggs any style also available. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly with everything. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants in the main part of town and right on the bus sto... o que as pessoas dizem » p which will take you to one of the smaller ski areas. The main train station is 5-10 min walk away and from here it is about half hour into larger t - From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Sofia after a disastrous journey (which was made better by the complimentary Prosecco) we knew this was a fantastic hotel. It's in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the main Gotschnabahn lift. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and felt like a ski chalet in itself. The bar is spacious and stylish, and the breakfast service was everything you could ask for. We only wished we were staying longer!

  I came to explore Arosa prior to the ski season, and I'm very glad I selected this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, with an excellent spa, helpful, friendly personnel, and very handy for the rail station and gondola to Weisshorn. In fact, I have already booked this hotel again!
