  The place was fantastic! There was a great atmosphere, it was very clean and the staff were helpful. It was also a short walk to the city centre or you could take a bus that was 50m from the hostel. - The staffs were really nice, friendly and helpful.

  The warm friendly hosts, Urs and Barbara who welcomed us from day one. They were very helpful accommodating all our needs even providing an Italian coffee maker. Location is excellent, in the old part of the city. Perfect if you like historic buildings and winding streets. It is close to shops and it is possible to walk from the station.   We loved everything about this hotel, the view overlooking the lake, the spacious room, immaculate condition, great breakfast, friendly staff, close to the marina.
