Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice location very close to Alpentherme
and Torrent cable car. The room was spacious and clean. Didn't have
the balcony because of the late booking, but anyway great views from
sparkling clean windows. Breakfast ok. Next door is Waldhouse hotel,
make sure you try their steak tartar with Memo assamblage wine. -

Everything!!!!!the place is beautiful. The stuff are the most nice and kind that we ever met.(and we travel a lot).the atmosphire is wonderfull,the facilities are very good,they pampered us all the time.the resturant is superb.and we will come back! -

We loved everything! Beautiful room with a balcony, even a rack to dry the swim suits as we spent much time in the thermal pools just up the road. Beautiful buffet breakfast, delightful dinner, our best meal away. Again greeted by owners.
We did not take advantage of the on site spa area as we were with our 10 year old. -
