The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good.
The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding.
The adjustable bed is considerate.
In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).

Everything! I travel quite often and this is a gem! Room was small, but very clean, well organized, super comfy bed/pillows, nice bathroom with shower - and sparkling clean, and small balcony (would be nice in the summer). Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were
always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was
the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a
generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price
and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor
for guest use. There was even a printer with it, making me think the
hotel has really thought about what travellers might need. The art

The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. Tem fax e internet no quarto. - a) ser um hotel pequeno; b) pedi um daily rate para o último dia e ganhei um upgrade para um quarto de frente para o lago; entretanto, ao fazer a reserva imaginei que este já seria meu quarto( com vista direta e não lateral para o lago);

needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently

Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

The staff (in particular Thomas) was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the services were top notch. Food quality in the restaurant was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! - Very nice room with style!
