Helpful staff and they speak excellent English. The hostel is very new with good facility. Very cozy room and common area. Dinner supplied not really expensive taking the price of food in Switzerland into account. But if you don‘t want to pay, you can bring your own stuff and a microwave oven is provided for free. Everything is very clean.

  staff are very friendly, providing useful info and patient to answer questions. Wifi is good. There are recreations facilities and television to watch in public areas. They provide breakfast. The hotel is beautiful with long history. - The bus station is just at the door. The room is very clean and big enough.   I can't fault this place. My room on the 5th floor was the best 'shared bathroom' private room that I've ever had. It was bright, spotless, and with all the trimmings that you usually find in a 5-star hotel including sumptuous down bedding. The shared bathrooms are also spotlessly clean and the shower excellent.
