  This is the second time we stayed at this apartment. We stayed here last december and the same 3 rooms apartment we stayed has been renovated and we like it very much. The owner, mr raj and her daughter sangeeta has been really helpful throughout our stay. Very near to shopping area. - Friendly staff,clean room..not far from Train station..(5mins... o que as pessoas dizem » walking distance)but there's a bus direct too,Halal food just opposite...Thai/chinese food not far too,we like this apartments It nice if they include washing machine as in packages..

  Do serviço e do spa. - Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

  great staff good location to train station. breakfast buffets were very good, nicely managed - The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again..

  A vista do quarto era muito bonita, mas nunca vi um banheiro tão horroroso. Os móveis também estavam caindo aos pedaços e os corredores pareciam um depósito de camas extras. O café da manhã também era sofrível. As únicas coisas que se salvavam eram a simpatia dos funcionários e a localização. - Great value! The hotel is perfect for those travelers who prefer a unique experience in lieu of the cookie-cutter room design and impersonal service we have to put up with at hotel chains. The location is marvelous, with great views of the Alps and very close to the lakes. The hotel is also within walking distance from downtown - The Rossli is in a quiet position close to Interlaken West station. Jean-Louis (the owner) and his son Christopher are most friendly andwelcoming hosts. My room had tv, en-suite facilities and a balcony(recently refurbished) with excellent views of the Jungfrau. Wifiinternet access is available in all rooms for Sfr10/hour.
