I stayed in room 219.It was clean and smelled clean. Generous sized room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet offered a broad range of healthy breakfast choices.Location was good. Tram into city center is just a few min walk away and takes only 15min.

The location of the hotel was good, the ABBA Museum is in the same building in the basement. The Vasa Museum and the Nordisk Museum sa well sa Scancen are very close.
You can take the Hop on Hop off bus to see the central Stockholm - the bus stop is not far from the hotel. The breakfast is good, the staff is polite. The hotel is very small.

Very Friendly Staff, all spoke a variety of languages. Breakfast was
amazing, with hot and cold food ranging from a vast array of different
countries. Rooms were immaculately clean and organised, the TV's
offered multiple stations, both in Swedish, English and others.The room
cleaners were invisible and tidied your room very well. -

The rooms are small but each floor has a gathering room where you can read a book or chat with fellow travelers.

I really liked my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff was very polite and answered all our questions. The service was prompt. The breakfast was real breakfast. There was lot a variety to choose from. - i love this hotel: location, breakfast and especially bedlinen!!!

The young Thai woman who checked us in was exceptionally helpful, giving maps and precise directions on how to get to places via subway and bus as well as a couple of suggestions as to what to see.
We had requested a room on an upper floor with a view and were given one on the top floor center overlooking the park - perfect.
Nice color scheme in the room, too.

They were very friendly and helpful. The owner was remodeling a number of rooms and they look great. The hotel was one short bus stop to the metro and 4 metro stops to the central station (and the bus and metro run constantly). The hotel is also convenient to the ports to Tallinn. -

The rooms are beautiful and very practical. The beds have two small single bed duvets but i was alone and was not an issue. Reception is open 24/7 so had no problem checking out at 2 in the morning. three a day, my room had sufficient light blocking drapes. The breakfast
was good, varied. The rooms are modern, clean, and with kitchen, which
was important to me as I was bringing a cheese back to the States that I
hiked into the Alps to purchase. :) The staff were very friendly and
super helpful. It's a quick Tunnelbana to T-Central. For me, the old
portion of the city was within a very comfortable walking distance.

Very close to the main station and to Arlanda Express. The room was very small (as indicated on the web site) but fully functional. These single rooms without window are very good value for money if you just want to stay overnight as I did (to catch an early plane). - The staff was really nice, the breakfast was good, it was peaceful

easy to reach by train, hard to reach by car. Easy access by train to the centre of the city. Very helpful personel, clean, cosy and renovated room. Excellent breakfast. Free parking - Great room - fresh & large, great bathroom.

simpatia e eficiência nas relações com os clientes - The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance. In particular a young man called johan who booked taxis for us, helped us get onto guestlists for clubs etc... On our last night we went to the Ice Bar reccomended by the hotel and then came back to the Hilton Hotels
