  We found our stay at cinnamon grand very good. However following our arrival at cinnamon lodge in habarana (booking made through letsbookhotel.com), we were very disappointed to see that there was no gym even though the hotel was rated as 5 star by your website. What struck us first is a very warm and professional welcome. I wish I could have that in Europe. The room was not very big as you could expect from an executive room yet spacious enough. The design really nice yet simplistic which I really liked. A complimentary bottle of wine, mineral water, a bowl of fruit and chocolates were a nice surprise.   The whole experience was so relaxing, the facilities amazing and the people were very attentive and helpful. Incredibly good value for money and well located to do lots of interesting day trips. Food was good and very well priced for a luxury hotel. I wouldnt think twice about staying here again. - I loved the fact that the staff were incredibly friendly. We arrived early and our room was not ready. They made every effort to ensure it was ready 2 hours prior to usual check in and they even phoned us on our cell phone to let us know it was ready.
