Great pool on the roof. Nice décor and comfortable bed. Near to shopping such as Barefoot and House of Fashion all in walkable distances. Good breakfast. Also the driver got me to the airport in excellent time considering the traffic. Hotel was excellent, Staff was good, Breakfast was delicious with all the things you like to have in a breakfast, location and rooms were neat and clean. Overall a good experience.

It is a recent build hotel with a small nice pool on the roof. Also a small gym but enough new equipment to made a workout. It is clean and nice hotel in Colombo. If you have to be in Colombo I would recommend this 3 star hotel. The breakfast is perfect. We arrived at 5.30 in the morning and we did not have to wait till 12.00. We could use our rooms directly to sleep. A very good service with a friendly staff. Hotel is modern and reasonably well appointed. Rooftop pool looked inviting although didn't have a chance to use it. Likewise the adjoining bar. Our room had a balcony and a view (10th floor). Clean new tidy room although on the small side. Comfortable bed, excellent A/C and good range of TV channels. Meals were Ok - not startling but reasonable. Good book out time - midday. - location was excellent - friendly reception - food is tasty. Breakfast expensive and Indian oriented, exchange rates of total payment is ridicilious. Weak wi-fi. Dry Hotel/no alchol. Small rooms. No Bar, No Alcohol Sales. A bit hard to find. nothing. When cheked out I felt unhappy because of behaviour of the reception. Pathetic Wifi connectivity. If possible I would like to have slippers in the room. Location has nothing going for it. We couldn't find anywhere nearby to get some breakfast. Nobody picks the phone. This happened thrice during my stay. You need to call reception and they will finally send some one. - Wifi is hopeless. It works well in the lobby and corridor; but inside the room was very poor. - priced a little more. Breakfast spread very lean - could do with a little varieties of dishes. Compound calculation of service Tax,VAT & City tax. Ie. Instead of 124% of Tariff, it became 125.66% which is really unheard of !!!!!!!!! So, it's not worth that kind of money in not a developed city. Also the front desk is not competent to guide the tourists for sight seeing. Toliteries were not upto mark of a four star hotel. Staff uniforms were very old considering that the hotel is just six months old. - Narrow room for two people. Food in restaurant poor quality; breakfast quite poor and other meals not very good. Pool facilities not modern. The restaurant was fine thought I thought I'll have more variety. And the rooms were Ok I'm not Sure if I would stay there again. I way of Calculating the room charges. They double calculate the service charge. 1.The breakfast was very bad.Being a vegetarian it was a nightmare experience.They had kept all vegetarian dishes mixed with non-vegetarian food.Guests using the same serving spoons for both.The quality of food was pathetic. 2.The front desk staff didnt knew well for places to visit,restaurant information etc. 3.I was woken up at 4.00am by the front desk asking whether my check-out of 8.00pm was confirmed!!!(4am in the morning) I couldnt sleep at all thereafter. Almost all. and first of all lack of professional staff (management particularly) and lack of facilities for meeting. The shower water could not get hot. Hairs on the floor and in the bed. Awful coffee in the restaurant.
