We liked the friendly welcome from Nacho who is incredibly helpful and
kind. We loved the supreme comfortable beds and pillows and how well
equipped the apartment is. The decor was perfect for our taste in fact
our favourite colours. Nacho's recommendations for eating out were
fantastic and a meal for 2 including drinks and first class service

Comfortable and completely equipped appartment with all necessary facilities, incl. washing machine (washing powder available) which we used after nearly 2 weeks travelling around Spain, ironing equipment etc. Very appreciated welcome by Nacho, explaining us all important topics about town as well as appartment and surroundings. Calm, quiet, close to the sea. Great place for a family vacation, maybe for a loving couple wanting privacy.

Apartments very clean , modern comfortable and well equipped. location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from all tourist sights , the fresh food market is on the door step, shops and restaurants (Lots of Tapas bars very good prices ) all minutes away. The apartment was clean, new but very basic. There is one bath with
bidet, small kitchen ( no oven - decently equipped ) , dining table,
sofa bed, one bedroom and balcony. There is soap in the bathroom with
two extra rolls of toilet paper. A new iron and board never been used.
They give you two bath towels and two small towels. Also there is an
extra blanket and pillow. The pillows are so long, first time I have
seen one of those. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking
distance.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apartment itself was well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Our apartment was only a few minutes walk from the Àngel Guimerà metro station - and the metro makes it extremely easy to get around (would recommend it over the bus). If we had any problems the staff were more than happy to help in any way

The apartment was very cleaned, with towels for everybody.
Very good location that allows us to visit Valencia on foot.

Loved this place. Staff friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to major attractions & a 2 min walk to the food market. The flat was perfect, clean & good facilities. Secure parking is approx 5 min walk away. Highly recommended would stay there again no hesitation. -

The apartments were well equipped and very comfortable for our stay. Well situated for exploring the city with good restaurants and bars locally. There is a lot to do and see and we would highly recommend the segway tour of Valencia, but do wear helmets just in case !! -

Very nice place to stay at with an amazing view of the river bed which is no more than a 100 feet away. Very close to major sight seeing sites within 20 min walks. - The hotel in a good location and the rooms are really comfortable and big.
