  I booked this Hotel for a four night mini break to watch the Heineken Cup quarter final between Biarritz and the Ospreys on Saturday 10th April.We could not have chosen a better Hotel right opposite the Anoeta Stadium. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and even though we did not originally book breakfast the Hotel was more than accomodati... o que as pessoas dizem » ng to provide it each morning. I would recommend the Hotel to anyone. - Could not have been closer to Anoeta Stadium. Cafe/bar good value. Underground carpark.

  This is a wonderful hotel if you want to be located on the beach and close to the historical district. We were not lucky enough to get an ocean- view room, but it was no big deal as we didn’t spend much time in our room. We did have to ask how the air-conditioning worked, but were very comfortable once we figured it out. If you are driving, make sure to reserve parking in advanc - the room we were allocated was amazing. it looked out over playa de la concha. it had a balcony & you could stand & look over the beach, up & down the promenade to headlands. the breakfast area was glass fronted & you could look out to the beach. the rooms were generous in size. the complimentary toiletries were generous. the staff were friendly & helpful. the location is excellent. close to shops, old part of city, transport.
