Front of house staff and barman, Gerard, are excellent. Good location and excellent price. I have stayed there before and will do again. What more can one say!!! - Had a fantastic time, the staff were so friebdly and helpful and our room had a gorgeous spa bath that was lovely to relax in after a lng day sightseeing!

Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. Excellant comunications with hotel and staff were friendly and polite. - Staff were very efficient. Food was of good quality and choice. Easy access to beach, shops and public transport.

Theme park was excellent and having access to it from the hotel was a bonus. Rooms were lovely and breakfast was cooked to perfection. Had a lovely stay here and will return again to the THEME PARK. Great and unique hotel area. Hotel was clean, room was ok, pools were nice, food was good and amusement park was close.
Everyone of us enjoyed our two nights stay!

Everything - What we liked above all was the access to Beach Club. That alone was worth the money we paid. We also liked the buffet breakfast, although after 2 weeks, you seriously start getting sick of it. Being able to pay with our room card in all the parks restaurants and cafes was an added plus.

We liked nearly everything, especially the most helpful staff and the restaurant, all the food was great! Will reconmend this hotel to all our friends.
Отличный отель, уборка каждый день, все очень приветливы, питание на 5+, фрукты всех видов, морепродукты, включая криветки и мидии, у нас был полный пансион и в течении 11 дней блюда практически не повторялись. Для малыша предоставили отдельную кроватку, в ресторане есть детские стульчики.

Service with a smile very friendly staff, fantastic food and plenty for every pallet chef on hand for our every need. Rooms very clean air con in the room, plenty of sun beds around the pool Entertainment for the kids was great around the pool. Jacuzzis to relax in when the children were being entertained. Evening acts for the duration of our stay. Would recommend to anyone.

We as a family with young children loved the hotel the apartment was a good size with 2 sets of french doors.
The pools were good and the food was plentiful especially good was the hot grill man who worked constantly.
The entertainment staff worked long hours and were good also kids club was a usefull feature.
