  The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Location excellent with lots of retaurants within easy walking distance Fantastic value for money. Floor were nice and it was always possible to get a sun-bed. It is a very nice business hotel and no children between 2 and 13 allowed, so no screaming and yelling. In fact it is a good hotel.

  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... o que as pessoas dizem » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. - Great location.

  The friendliness of staff on reception----couldn't do more for us whenever we asked for advise etc. The quality and the choice of food available was excellent, at all meal times.   We just LOVE the place and the staff. We are not interestet in Charter holidays, so we were looking for a very relaxed place - and we got it. Whenever we asked for something, it wasn´t a problem, we just enjoyed the peace and the beautiful surroundings - Great hotel, friendly staff, hidden away in the middle of a banana plantation. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk!   Da tranquilidade - staff - Although in a quiet part of the island, and needing a car if you are independent. (There is a free bus to Puerto de la Cruz). It was very accesible to all parts of the island. Hotel was good in all aspects although the food at dinner could have been hotter. All in all a good value for money
