My wife and I stayed only one evening in this wonderful hotel. It is a beautifully remodeled former bodega. It has original exposed beam ceilings and tile floors. Walking the Camino we wanted a bit more comfort than what was on offer in Los Arcos. We found it! Lovely, old, beautifully re-furbished, Latorrien d'Ane is just off the beaten track in Mues, a small, very well-kept village with an imposing church. The owners and staff couldn't have been more helpful and considerate while not being over-whelming. The hotel is modern and clean with views over the countryside. It is located near to the motorway which did create some noise at night but we shut the double glazed bedroom window and opened the bathroom window on the other side of our room and it was fine. The twin single beds in the room were comfortable but not exactly what we had asked for.

personnel was absolutely wonderful,helpful and friendly.We had a problem with our daughter and they did all the best to help and let us feel as at home.Breakfast was super and also restaurant had very good food at a convenient price.Bedroom was very clean,big and comfortable.The whole structure is romantic and nice.We highly recommend this hotel.

Everything, Etxalar is excellent.
The 3 star rating is misleading should be higher.
This wonderful Hotels price includes a breakfast which would cost at least 8 euros a person in France and yet it is only 20/30 mins from the French Border.
A car is essential, however due to the rural location which is fantastic.
