During 20 summers in Menorca, I have rented/visited many of these incredible noble's country houses (among which some of them became high level agroturismo).
But Turmaden has an exceptionnal charm !

Excellent stay, everything's organised for families with (small) children. Very friendly staff, always willing to help. There was a small error in my booking (got a room without a bath), but was fixed the next day. Two buffet restaurants that do their best to serve different kind of food everyday, quality was good and plenty of choice. -

I will confidently give this hotel a 10/10 rating. Spacious rooms, extensively equipped with everything, starting from several air-conditioning systems, 2x TVs, an oven and a dishwasher, an iPhone docking station to paper towels and dish-washing soap. The staff were amazing. We had the use of a luggage room and bathroom whilst waiting for our apartment and when leaving. They were polite, informative and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous location. we will definitely recommend it to others, already have and will return again.

Very cosy hotel, nice design, centrally located in the historical centre of the city. Both the owner and the assistant were very welcoming and helpful with advices. Good value for money. Also romantic for couples. Strongly recommended.

The staff was worried some weeks before of my arrival in letting me know everything related to key collection and answering my questions.
Once I arrived, the door of the apartment had a printed paper with my name! Very nice detail. Inside the apartment I found all the necessary documents and information to make my stay pleasant.
