  Ideal location -- away from tourist cohorts, very near beautiful beach in national reserve, on pedestrian path making you forget cars, beautiful view on islands, very quiet. Relatively small-sized hotel (max 3 floors per building), family athmosphere. Beautiful (heated) pool. Friendly personnel. Reasonably good food, selection renewed every day. Totally agree with your policy of "No towels on sunbeds" - wish other hotels would do the same! Pleasant hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

  The hotel is well run and clean. Staff are overall friendly and helpful. The Hotel was not too busy and the many swimming pools allowed for a different location to sunbath during the week. Food is varied and usually something can be found that appeals. Facilities within the hotel are generally excellent. Cleanliness and hygiene are taken very seriously, with staff constantly monitoring areas and addressing issues as appropriate.

  Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision.   We have travelled with a group of three friends and stayed in a junior suite. We were very satisfied with the hotel in general, especially with the location and the staff in the reception and in the spa. Everybody was extremely kind and helpful, and cheerful! We wished we could have stayed longer! - We loved pretty much everything, we were self catering and the apartment was fabulous, modern and well equiped with a toaster, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. It also had great aircon, a flat screen TV and hairdryer, The pool area was fabulous overlooking the sea. Luckily our apartment opened onto the pool area -very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

  Excellent villa for a group of 6 friends. Nice and spacious and having our own private heated pool was a luxury. It's rare to find heated pools in the canaries! Didn't hire a car but a cab into playa blanca was 4euros between 6 of us. Beatrice was lovely and we had a problem with the lock on the bathroom door and someone arrived within 10 minutes ... o que as pessoas dizem » to fix it. Would definitely recommend this villa.
