The apartment was cleaned on a daily basis. - The apartment was very spacious and clean, with great views and restaurants that catered for young children. It was easy to get around the hotel with a buggy and it had great access and was very easy to find at the end of the esplanade with a great walk along the water front into the main town centre.

  The attention to detail of all the staff was exceptional. Great breakfast, comfy beds, lovely showers, all you need. There was a friendly atmosphere too, not too formal, while keeping up the 5 star 'feel'.   Nice small hotel with very good location. Staff is very friendly and they can speak many languages. Breakfast was fantastic and diner too ! They made special meal for my allergic sister.Short walk to trainstation (you can go easily to Barcelona) and to beach and shopping streets.   We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern - The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we
