  I just want to warn you if you decide to book a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife hotel, becauseit might be that they cancel your reservation just before you arrive. I booked a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife on April and got a call from letsbookhotel.com that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel just a few days before the hol... o que as pessoas dizem » idays! So we had no choice (all the hotels were already booked at Tenerfie), booked at Udalla Park hotel. Very surprised that this hotel was very goo - - rooms cleaned every day, except weekend - nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others - nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches - location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

  Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none.   Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   Lovely comfortable newly refurbished flat (very comfy bed) overlooking the Plaza and a stone's throw from the beach and cafes and restaurants. Lots of proper shops, cash point etc not just souvenirs. Taxi rank at top of hill. Cinthia who looked after us was brilliant even though she didn't speak English.

  The Hotel was very well maintained and clean. It was a relatively quiet period, so the poolside was excellent with plenty of space. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We have already recommended the hotel to friends who will travel there soon. - Loved the location! Also staff were very helpful, pool and apartment very clean!

  We have stayed in the apart hotel in the middle of May for a little bit more than a week. The hotel is perfectly located, just a bit outside of the noisy in the evenings bars, very close to the Playa de Las Vistas beach (it took us 7 min to walk to the beach, not hurrying of course), within a short walk to all kinds of bars and restaurants, and ni... o que as pessoas dizem » ghtlife, and the supermarket Mercadona is 5 minutes away which is also very convenient. The bus stop is around the corner and can take you to the airp - Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet and peaceful within the complex.
