I stayed four different hotels in sant antonio and I can say that this was the best one. If you want to stay in a budget hotel, you can't find cheaper one with better comfort. Only location was not perfect, 10 minutes walk to beach but still cause no problem.

we have stayed at this hotel many times before, the position is hard to beat a few steps from the beach, lots of eating places nearby.
book a superior room if you want a balcony and sea view though, they do not have a lift but as it is only on 3 floors this is not a problem unless you have heavy suitcases.

Owners could not have done more.Lovely breakfasts, easy walk to the beach, quiet location, rooms spotlessly clean and eveything worked.Brilliant place! - Superb, that breakfast is included - and it is a fine breakfast! Apartementos Es Retiro was a great place to stay! We were a group of 4 friends who stayed there for our spring break and it could not have been nicer. The hotel is connected to a bar/restaurant that was really affordable, and with our reservation we even got free paella one of the days! And it was good paella, too. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help or give you advice about good places to go on the island. Overall, it's a great budget-friendly place.
