  Staff were excellent and so attentive, despite speaking limited English they were always willing to help - ie giving directions, extra pillows etc. Room was minimal but perfect for the price - had a comfy double bed in a private room that was quiet and had an AC which is all we were after! Location is A+. 3min walk to train and bus stations and 1... o que as pessoas dizem » 0min to walk into the centre - we didn't need to use any public transport while we were there (about a 20min walk to the beach but it was a pleasant s - I had booked two individual nights, and could easily swop them for the same room, and the very kind lady at reception just charged me very little extra for the more expensive 2nd room. I had a terrace, it was quite (except the bus) I loved looked TV in the lounge (Eurovision) with other quests. I loved it is really near the stations. I highly recommend it!

  This is the second time we've stayed in the Hostal Santuario in the last 2 years. San José is a fantastic little town in Cabo de Gata National Park, and definitely the place to stay! You have easy access to the park for trekking, beach, etc., but also you find yourself in a lively little town. Whilst not overly large the bedrooms are very clean and comfortable, toiletries are provided daily and the mini fridge and free safe are a real bonus.
