  We stayed in Cortijo La Loma during one week in July. Adrian, the owner, came to pick us up at the bus stop in Pitres. He's very friendly and keen to help out in any way he could. The cortijo is really beautiful, the house was clean and everything is very well looked after.The pool is really big and good to swim in.   We have enjoyed the very friendly and warm welcome, good advice on local restaurants and nice discusions with the B&B owners. The place itself was beautifully located in Punta Lara on a hill overlooking Nerja and the sea. Perfect room with private terras and nice swimming Pool to sunbath and cool off!! The staff was very helpful, location was close to public transportation and a few blocks away was this great restaurant - Meson Andaluz which I highly recommend.   Beautifully restored building just inside the old city wall done with impeccable taste and attention to detail. Downstairs is a very hip restaurant with fantastic food. The two rooms are upstairs from the restaurant through a separate entrance. We rented both rooms for our group of 5 (2 kids and 3 adults). Because it was the "off season", the rooftop terrace/bar was closed to the public and we had it all to ourselves. Th - Silos19 is one of the best places I have ever stayed in Europe. Tradition and design are blended together at the highest levels with amazing results both in the suites and in the excellent restaurant. The rooftop terrace overlooking Tarifa and the strait is also worth a visit. Staff extremely friendly. It was a wonderful experience that I recommend to anybody visiting this beatiful region in Spain.

  Most beautiful suite (Deluxe URBAN suite), with sauna (with sea view!), swimming pool at our door step, view over beautiful Marbella, the sea, the mountains and even Gibraltar and North-Africa. At the same time close to the beach (with promenade for extensive cycling and walking) as to the maintains and to many fantastic cities. Last but not least, Linda and her team did all to provide us with fantastic service and personal care (with suggestions about - This is a beautiful house with lovely views over Marbella to the sea. A car is a must as although it is only a short drive from Marbella it is all uphill (read 1st gear all the way to the top!!). The staff were excellent and very attentive; rooms were spotless, views from the terraces spectacular; breakfasts were delicious. Linda was most helpful with advice on where to eat, what to see - a truly lovely person.
